FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of metallurgy, namely nickel-chromium alloys for seamless oilfield tubing. Ni-Cr alloy contains, wt % Si from 0.01 to 0.5, Mn from 0.01 to less than 1.0, Cu from 0.01 to less than 1.0, Ni from 48 to less than 55, Cr from 22 to 28, Mo from 5.6 to less than 7.0, N from 0.04 to 0.16, soluble Al from 0.03 to 0.20, REM from 0.01 to 0.074, W from 0 or more and less than 8.0, Co from 0 to 2.0, one or elements of Ca and Mg from 0.0003 to 0.01 in total, and one or more elements of Ti, Nb, Zr and V from 0 to 0.5 in the sum, Fe and impurities - the rest. The density of ρ dislocations Ni-Cr alloy, expressed in m-2, satisfies the condition 7.0 × 1015 ≤ ρ ≤ 2.7 × 1016 - 2.67 × 1017 × [REM (%)].
EFFECT: alloy is characterised by high workability in the hot state and toughness, high resistance to corrosion at high temperatures.
