SUBSTANCE: electrically insulating shell (100) comprising the first (1) and the second (2) half-shells intended for interconnection are configured to define, when connected together, a central part (3) defining a substantially closed space enclosing within it, the corresponding first portion (201) of the electrical conductor (200); the first hollow portion (4) that protrudes from the first side of the central portion (3) and is in spatial communication with the interior of the closed center portion (3) surrounding the second conductor portion (202). The second hollow portion (5) is configured to surround the respective second portion (202) of the electrical conductor (200) from the second side opposite to the said first side.
EFFECT: cheapening and expanding the operational capabilities.
