Abstract RU 2630365 C1

FIELD: power industry.

SUBSTANCE: ignition burner contains a housing, an igniter, a bimetallic a plate, a solenoid valve, an impulse gas supply tube. Burner is additionally equipped with two microswitches installed above the bimetallic plate, a GSM module with a power supply unit and an air tube connected to the blower fan of the main burner. One of the microswitches is connected to the switch in one contact and the other to the solenoid valve with the possibility to control the solenoid valve of gas fuel supply to the main burner, and the other microswitch with help of contacts is installed in the GSM module with the power supply unit with the possibility of signal transmission to the control room and constant cooling of bimetallic plate by air from fan blower of main burner using an air tube.

EFFECT: constant cooling of bimetallic plate of ignition burner, control of burner electric circuit when shut off the supply of gas fuel when the ignition burner goes out, and also the possibility of transmitting the signal to remote control with the help of GSM.
