SUBSTANCE: universal gas controller contains controlling and adjusting block 1, consisting of launch button 2 to network gas (not shown in the figure), membrane 3 with rigid center, saddle 4 of valve, above-membrane plane 5, membrane 6 connected by spring-loaded shutter 7, draining nozzle 8 and pressure supply nozzle 9, throttle 10 with channel 11, flame indicator 12, traction indicator 13, valve 14, flame igniter 15 connected to burner 16 and furnace 17, network gas indicator 18, thermo-controller 19 with indicator 20 of thermo-controller 19, impulse pipes (not shown in the figure), while flame indicator 12, traction indicator 13 and indicator 20 of thermo-controller 19 are connected by impulse pipes to adjusting and controlling block 1, while network gas indicator 18 is connected to impulse pipe of igniter 15, and bimetallic plate of flame indicator 12 is made with possible opening of network gas indicator 18 and simultaneous closure of nozzle of flame indicator 12, connected to network gas, igniter 15, channel 11 with throttle 10 and above-membrane hollow 5 of controlling and adjusting block 1.
EFFECT: automatic control of heat carrier, simplified construction, increased reliability.
