SUBSTANCE: embodiments of the present invention provide the method for determining upperlink control channel resources, containing: receiving by the user equipment (UE) of the predetermined parameter configured for the displaying method of its extended physical control channel of the downlink (E-PDCCH) by eNB; and determining, by means of UE the upperlink control channel (PUCCH) resources according to the predetermined parameter corresponding to the method for displaying its E-PDCCH and the PUCCH calculation formula.
EFFECT: using the embodiments of the present invention, the PUCCH resource collision of the different UE is reduced or the spectral efficiency of the PUCCH is improved.
