SUBSTANCE: wireless transmitting-receiving module (WTRU) is proposed that accepts a configuration for tracking an ePDCCH resource in a specific sub-frame. The WTRU can extract the aggregation level for the subframe associated with the NAL number of the aggregation level. The WTRU can transmit or track the ePDCCH by using an aggregation layer associated with the NAL for the subframe. The WTRU can also receive a reference signal, and then can determine the type of the reference signal that can be received. The WTRU can perform the PDSCH or the ePDCCH demodulation by using a demodulation time interval based on a certain type. The ePDCCH or the PDSCH may also be tracked or received by identifying the reference demodulation time interval implicitly based on the location of one or more ePDCCH resources, according to which the WTRU can receive the declined control information (DCI).

EFFECT: creating tools for receiving or tracking the advanced physical control channel of the declined line or the physical shared communication channel of the declined line.
