FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an energy storage module (10) comprising a plurality of adjacent energy storage devices (100) and a rigid casing (12) surrounding the energy storage devices. Each device has at least one side wall closed at each end by end face surface. The storage devices are electrically connected in pairs by conducting jumpers (110) located on at least one end face surface of each device. The jumpers are arranged such that one jumper connects the first end face surface of at least one said device to the end face surface of the first adjacent device, and the second jumper connects the second surface of said device to the end face surface of the second adjacent device. The module also comprises at least one electrically insulating element (120) made of electrically insulating material comprising a bottom (122) and a flange (124) extending substantially perpendicular to the bottom and surrounding the bottom. Each electrically insulating element (120) is connected to the jumper (110) and is fitted on end surfaces of two adjacent devices connected by bridge so that bottom is parallel to end surfaces, and edge passes along side walls of two devices overlapping at least parts of their height.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of module electric insulation and its safety.
