FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: line contains a receiving hopper 1, a heap cleaner 2, a grading conveyor 3, a transfer conveyor 4, a picking 5 and conveyors for removing impurities 7 and calibrated tuberous root and bulbs 8. The line is provided with an automatic feed control device for tuberous root and bulbs from the receiving hopper 1 to the transfer conveyor 2 consisting of an optical sensor 11 mounted above the receiving part of transfer conveyor 2, and the motorized drive 12 of the receiving hopper 1 conveying belt 10. The heap cleaner 3 with an inclined working surface is made in the form of a set of spirals 13 with alternating screw coiling. The grading conveyor 4 is made in the form of a table with roller working surface 14. The diameter of rollers is greater than the maximum diameter of cultivated tuberous root and bulbs, and the step is smaller than their minimum diameter. The receiving part of the conveyor picking device 5 is inclined at least not less than 5 degrees. The rollers 16 are staggered.
EFFECT: use of the invention will improve the quality of tuberous root and bulbs processing.
