SUBSTANCE: security screen device comprises a base intended to be attached to a building floor slab, a frame attached to the base providing overhang over the edge of plate, and a protective screen attached to frame providing protective screen position horizontally away from the edge of plate. The frame is arranged to support a person in place between the edge of the plate and the protective screen.
EFFECT: providing safe approach to the edge of floor slab.
