FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to determine the azimuth of the geodesic reference direction in the field conditions, located at different elevations with respect to the horizon, the azimuth of which is determined by the gyroscopic method with high accuracy. It is intended for mobile objects that need such a direction when performing technological operations for the replacement of navigational instruments in the field in various terrain and weather conditions. The device comprises of a control element 1, a control element 2, a control element 3, a gyrotheodolite 1, a gyrotheodolite 2, a gyrotheodolite 3, an optical system for transmitting a direction to the upper device of the mobile object aiming system, including a lower and upper triangular prism in one body, a two-sided prism BR-180 and the upper device of the mobile object.
