FIELD: packaging industry.
SUBSTANCE: re-sealable container for consumer products contains a package that has an access opening through which consumer products can be removed and an adhesive label covering the access opening and extending beyond the periphery of the packaging access opening. The adhesive label is at least partially removably secured to the package by means of a resealable adhesive material on the inner surface of the label continuing at least at the sealing portion of the package located at the periphery of the access opening. The sealing area is provided with a plurality of formations provided in a continuous repeating pattern and in spaced apart rows. The rows are perpendicular to the direction in which the label exfoliates from the package. A plurality of formations are designed to reduce the effective area of the sealing portion by about 10 to about 25%, wherein mentioned formations are pressed or pressed into the package.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides tactile sensations and gradual peeling of the label.
