SUBSTANCE: solar panel (3) of the present invention, above which the arrows (7) move, mounted on the arrow axis inserted in the through-hole (3a) provided in the center of the solar panel (3), includes a central element (10) circularly formed around the through-hole (3a), and a plurality of outer peripheral elements (11-15) formed along the outer perimeter of the central element (10) so as to have substantially identical light-receiving areas. The central element (10) is provided with a light-receiving region that is larger than the light-receiving region of each outer peripheral element (11-15), taking into account the light-shielded area, in which the arrows (7) overlap the central element (10). Therefore, even in case, when the arrows (7) always overlap the central element (10) and the part of the arrows (7) overlap one of the plurality of outer peripheral elements (11-15), the fluctuation of each light-receiving area of the central element (10) and a plurality of outer peripheral elements (11-15) can be minimized due to this overlap.
EFFECT: increasing the amount of solar radiation collected by the panel.
