SUBSTANCE: post-separation stage of the steam turbine contains blades of the nozzle assembly, the diaphragm body, the outer circumference of the nozzle assembly, the working blades and the impeller wheel. The outer diaphragm circumference is displaced in the direction of the root diameter of the post-separation stage Δ by a value relative to the inner diameter of the steam turbine cylinder body in the working blades region of the pre-separation stage, the displacement value Δ for unbanded pre-separation stages are chosen equal to: , and for pre-separation stages with banded working blades: , where ΔGsep - absolute value of steam consumption in the regenerative heater, Gz - steam consumption through the pre-separation stage, ℓzl - length of the pre-separation stage working blades, Δδ - the thickness of the working blades banding of the pre-separation stage, K1=1.1÷1.15 is a coefficient that takes into account the regenerative selection liner resistance.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of the post-separation stage, vibrational reliability of the steam turbine rotor, reducing the hydraulic resistance path of the flow-through part - the selective branch pipe.
