FIELD: power machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for improvement of reliability and efficiency of bodies regulating steam consumption for industrial and heat-recovery purposes. Steam flow rate controller for turbines with industrial and thermal extraction takes, comprising diaphragm with nozzle device, housing of flow rate control, rotary ring. Rotary ring comprises openings for steam passage, total area of which is not less than 30 % of end surface area of nozzle assembly, is located on outer cylindrical surface of steam flow rate control housing, having windows, mating windows on the rotary ring of the same size and same configuration, and the detachable end wall of the steam flow rate control housing forms a closed steam chamber, leveling all steam parameters and velocity field before inlet section of nozzle assembly of post-sampling stage.
EFFECT: invention allows to reduce energy losses in the nozzle grid, and also allows reducing the force required for diaphragm rotation.
