FIELD: pure fluid systems. SUBSTANCE: outlet section area of active nozzle exceeds minimum flow section area of mixing chamber. Inlet section of mixing chamber in zone of active nozzle outlet section is made stepped and conical, being formed by conical surfaces. Outlet section of mixing chamber is made widening in direction of active medium flow at where Lc is distance from inlet section area of active nozzle to its outlet section area; Lц is length of widening section of mixing chamber; Lk is distance from outlet section area of nozzle to plane passing through inlet section area of conical surface of inlet section of mixing chamber mated with minimum flow section area of mixing chamber; Dk1 is diameter of active nozzle inlet section area; Dk2 is diameter of liquid medium feed hole; Dk3 is diameter of minimum flow section area of mixing chamber; γ is angle of tilting of generatrix of mixing chamber widening section relative to axis of mixing chamber; α is angle of tilting of generatrix of mixing chamber inlet section conical surface coaxial to outlet section of active nozzle relative to mixing chamber axis; β is angle of tilting of generatrix of conical surface mated with minimum flow section area of mixing chamber relative to plane of cross section area of mixing chamber.
