SUBSTANCE: ignition switch comprises a housing 102, a sleeve 202 rotatable about an axis A1 relative to the housing 102, a draft movable between the locked position of the steering column and the unlocked position of the steering column, a handle including a rod 108 extending along the axis A1, inserted into the sleeve with the first end and slidable therein. The rod 108 is connected to the sleeve rotatably about the axis A1, and a head 110 is fixed to the second end of the rod 108 for gripping and controlling the handle. The housing 102 defines an inner space 302 in which the rod 108 extends and has a longitudinal groove 304 parallel to the axis A1. The rod 108 has a protrusion 208 movable in the longitudinal groove 304 as the rod 108 moves from the front position to the rear position. The longitudinal groove 304 is lockable in the circumferential direction of the protrusion 208 of the rod 108, preventing the handle from rotating about the axis A1.
