FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: vibration-insulated foundation includes a bath, a foundation block arranged therein with a gap in relation to the walls and the bottom, and vibration insulators in the form of spring-loaded roller bearings mounted on the bath bottom and inclined rods attached thereto with their lower ends, on the top ends of which the foundation block rests. The foundation block freely rests on the upper ends of the rods, its lower surface in the contact area with the rods is made with cylindrical recesses, the generatrix of each being oriented horizontally and perpendicularly to the corresponding rod. The roller bearings are connected by a spring and from the side facing the bath walls are equipped with buffer elements. The lower edge of each foundation block recess is made with an abutment, and an additional spring is attached to its upper edge with one end, the other end of which is connected to the upper end of the corresponding rod, and the total stiffness of the additional springs is less than the stiffness of the main spring. The main spring connecting the roller bearings is made in the form of a cylindrical spring consisting of two parts with counter-directed ends, one part of which has turns of the rectangular cross-section, and the other part of the spring is made hollow, and the counter-directed end of the first part is arranged in the cavity of the second one, the segment-profile gaps of the contacting spring parts are filled with an antifriction lubricant. At the end of the second part of the spring, a sealing collar is mounted to prevent the lubricant leakage, and the first part of the helical spring, made with coils of the rectangular cross-section with rounded edges, is covered with a tube of a damping material, for example polyurethane. The gaps in the first part of the helical spring, made with coils of the rectangular cross section, which is covered with the tube of a damping material, are filled with crumbs of a friction material. The gaps in the first part of the helical spring, made with coils of the rectangular cross-section, covered with a tube of a damping material, are filled with crumbs from a friction material made of a composition comprising the following components at their ratio, wt %: the mixture of resole and novolak phenol-formaldehyde resins at the ratio of 1:(0.2-1.0) 28÷34; a fibrous mineral filler containing glass-roving or the mixture of glass-roving and basalt fiber at the ratio of 1:(0.1-1.0) 12÷19; graphite 7÷18; a friction modifier containing carbon black in the form of the mixture with kaolin and silicon dioxide 7÷15; barite concentrate 20÷35; talc 1.5÷3.0.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of vibration damping, reducing dynamic loads on the lower structure of the foundation.
