FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the protection means against harmful influence of vibration and can be used in construction, in particular in the vibration-insulated foundations devices for machines and equipment with dynamic loads. Vibration isolation foundation includes bath, foundation block placed therein with a gap relative to the walls and the bottom, and vibration isolators in the form of spring loaded roller bearings mounted on the bath bottom and attached to them with the inclined rods lower ends, on which upper ends the foundation block is supported, the foundation block is freely supported on the rods upper ends, in the contact zone with the rods its lower surface is made with cylindrical recesses, each of which generatrix is oriented horizontally and perpendicularly to the corresponding rod, and the roller bearings are connected to each other by the spring and from the facing the bath walls side are equipped with buffer elements. Foundation block each recess lower edge is made with support and to its upper edge by one end the additional spring is attached, which other end is connected to the corresponding rod upper end, and the additional springs total stiffness is less than the main spring stiffness, at that, the main spring connecting the roller bearings to each other is made in the form of a cylindrical spring, which consists of two parts with oppositely directed ends, of which one part has turns of rectangular cross section, and the other part of the spring is made hollow, at that, the first part counter-directed end is located in the cavity of the second one, the gaps of the spring segmented profile contacting parts are filled with antifriction lubricant, at that, at the spring second part end there sealing collar is installed to prevent the lubricant leakage, and the helical spring first part, made with coils of rectangular cross-section with rounded edges, is covered by the tube of damping material, for example polyurethane. Gaps in the made with coils of rectangular cross section helical spring first part, which is covered by the tube of damping material, are filled with crumbs from the friction material, the gaps in the made with coils of rectangular cross-section helical spring first part, which is covered by the tube of damping material, are filled with crumbs from the friction material made of a composition, comprising the following components, with their ratio, in wt.%: mixture of phenol-formaldehyde resole and novolac resins in the ratio of 1:(0.2–1.0) 28÷34; fibrous mineral filler containing glass-roving or the glass-roving and basalt fiber mixture in the ratio of 1:(0.1–1.0) 12÷19; graphite 7÷18; friction modifier containing carbon black in the form of mixture with kaolin and silicon dioxide 7÷15; barite concentrate 20÷35; talcum powder 1.5÷3.0. Gaps in the made with coils of rectangular cross section helical spring first part, which is covered by the tube of damping material, are filled with crumbs from the copper based sintered friction material made of a composition, comprising the following components, with their ratio, in wt.%: zinc 6.0–8.0; iron 0.1–0.2; lead 2.0–4.0; graphite 3.0–7.0; vermiculite 8.0–12.0; chromium 4.0–6.0; antimony 0.05–0.1; silicon 2.0–3.0; copper – the rest.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increase in the vibration damping efficiency and reduction of dynamic loads on the foundation lower structure.
