SUBSTANCE: container (1) for the liquid substance (12) is placed in the toilet liquid reservoir (13). The dispensing volume (V) of the liquid substance (12) is formed during the reservoir (13) emptying as a result of the relative vertical motion of the fluidly linked floats (5, 6) system. The formation ends when the channel (3) is closed with the aid of the float (5) valve (4). The outlet of the liquid substance (12) dispensing volume (V) is carried out by virtue of the substance displacement from the cavity (8) of the float (6) during the reservoir (13) filling-up with the liquid. The device comprises no less than four container (1) profile stands (9) that vertically orient the axis of the system consisting of two floats (5, 6) that have the possibility of the out-in traverse. The float (5) is placed in the cavity (8) of the float (6) and has the hydraulical connection with it, the element of which is the liquid substance (12). The float (6) bottom position is fixed with the help of the hooks (10) and the latches (11) supporting surface. The floats system is designed to form the dispensing volume (V) of the liquid substance (12) in the phase of water discharge into the toilet bowl, to close the channel (3) of the neck (2) by the valve (4) and to outlet the dispensing volume (V) of the liquid substance (12) onto the water in taking water into the reservoir (13) phase.

EFFECT: liquid substance dispensing accuracy, liquid substance of a different concentration and viscosity operational flexibility.
