SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to the field of sanitary engineering. Dispenser of biologically active media in the toilet bowl includes weighted out on the brink of the toilet bowl holder and one consumption vessel with biologically active liquid media provided in the holder. Whereat consumption vessel has outlet opening where through biologically active liquid media goes into the washing liquid. There is a distribution element under the outlet opening on the holder. Consumption vessel cavity is connected with the distributor through the outlet opening with intermediate switching on of the guiding system. On the distributor under the outlet opening there is constantly some active liquid media. Guiding system has going outside upper part and tightly sealed incoming into the outlet opening branch pipe, which at the bottom on the side exposed to incoming washing liquid on the part of its sweep is connected with the distributor forming a screen. Dimensions of the screen are selected so that in resting state, without significant action of washing liquid, biologically active liquid media stays in lateral outlet opening.

EFFECT: ensured even dosing of biologically active liquid media into washing liquid.
