FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: universal temperature sensor (UTS) consists of a body 1 with a pipe thread, inside of which a metal rod is installed, connected to an outer tube 2 made of a polymer material immersed in a coolant. Inside the sensor, a metal rod 3 is installed with a screw device (not shown) with a single-position damper (not shown) for measuring the length of the metal rod 3, and the metal rod 3 has an elastic element 4. In the body 1, a locking device 5 is provided, which is movable and provided with a retainer 6. In the metal rod 3 there is a groove 7 configured to interact with the retainer 6 of the movable locking device, when the coolant temperature is exceeded, and an adjusting disc 8. The movable locking device 5 has an adjusting disc 9, and between the adjusting discs 8 and 9 there is a cylindrical spring 10. The body 1 of the UTS has two gas nozzles 11 and 12. The gas burner comprises a gas valve 13, a cock 14, a fuse 15 with a network gas sensor 16, a flame sensor 17, a thermobiometallic plate 18, and also contains a control channel 19 with a nozzle 20. The UTS nozzle 11 is connected to the control channel 19, and the nozzle 12 is connected to the ignition device 15. All elements of the gas burner are connected by the impulse tubes 21.
EFFECT: expanding the functionality of the device by using the same temperature sensor as the operating temperature sensor and the temperature sensor.
