FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: boring crown contains the cutting unit with the circular section, which at the first end is connected to one or more cutting elements and at the second end has the first plug-in element and the bore rod section with cylindrical shank. The second plug-in element is performed at the shank end, faced to the cutting part. The mentioned plug-in elements form in the plug-in direction, parallel to the axis of rotation, the insert connection and have the possibility of additional connection by means of at least one rod element, which can be inserted into at least one opening in the form of the slot.
EFFECT: reliable connection of the boring crown plug-in elements, increase of the drilling stability and the resistance to the tensile load during operation.
