Shank of tool has members for transmitting torque and for axial fixation in the form of symmetrically arranged in circumferential direction lengthwise ribs designed for transmitting torque and for preventing cranking. One rib has step for axial fixation. Said shank has core with round cross section non-loosened until its end surface. Adjacent ribs have different width values.
