SUBSTANCE: hydraulic oil of arctic application with improved low-temperature properties, is intended for use in hydraulic systems of the road construction machines, excavators, bulldozers, snowmobiles, drilling rigs and other equipment, that must ensure the safe operation at ambient temperatures up to minus 65°C. The hydraulic oil of arctic application contains the following components, wt %: antifoam additive Infineum C9496 0.002-0.004, the functional additive package Hitec 521 1.0-1.2, thickening-depressant additive Lubrizol 87708 or Viscoplex 8-310 5.0-9.6, and as the oil base - the fraction 260 -330°C, isolated from the low-viscosity low-hardening base, obtained during the hydrocracking residue hydroisomerization of the vacuum gas oil fraction 280°C-KK and the subsequent fractionation - the rest.

EFFECT: improvement of the antioxidant and anticorrosive properties and chemical stability of hydraulic oil, the oil kinematic viscosity reduction, the hardening temperature reduction.
