FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: as a base liquid contains 5-95 % of hydraulically refined mineral oil produced by hydrofining, hydraulic de-waxing and successive hydrogenation of low-viscous oil distillate or low-viscous raffinate of selective treatment and 5-95 % of isoparaffin oil produced by hydrofining, hydro-isodewaxing with successive hydrogenation of paraffin containing oil product - gatch. Hydraulically refined mineral oil has kinematic viscosity at 40°C within ranges 16 -22 mm2/s, setting point as high, as minus 45°C, flash point in an open crucible not below 165°C. Isoparaffin oil has kinematic viscosity at 100°C within ranges 3.9 - 4.6 mm2/s, setting point not above minus 15°C, flash point in an open crucible not below 210°C. Disclosed here hydraulic liquid contains wt %: di-alkyl-ditiophosphate of zinc 1.5-2.5, washing dispersing additive - 2.5- 3.5, anti-foam additive - 0.001-0.006, depressant - 0-2, antioxidant additive - 0-0.2, base - up to 100.
EFFECT: improved viscous-temperature characteristics, reduced tendency to foaming, increased stability to oxidation.
