FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: double-roller mill contains the bed frame, two grinding rollers, the drive, the inter-roller gear, the rest stop-waste pile device, the inter-roller device, located in the tapered press channel. The inter-roller device is made in the form of the plate with the width equal to the length of the grinding rollers working surfaces. The upper end of the plate is connected by means of the hinge to the rest stop-waste pile device rod, which is positioned in the vertical guides, mounted on the machine bed frame with the possibility of the mentioned device reciprocating movement relative to the guides by means of the screw pair, consisting of the feed screw and the adjusting nut. The lower end of the plate is made in the form of two enveloping working surfaces of the curvilinear surfaces grinding rollers. The rigidity of the curvilinear surfaces is provided by the spacer mounted on them. The curvilinear surfaces bending radii are determined from the formula RKR.P.=RM.V.+H, where RKR.P. - the radius of the curvilinear surface; RM.V. - the radius of the grinding roller; H - the height of the press channel inlet section.
EFFECT: double-roller mill increases the grinding degree of the processed product.
