FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: the mill contains a frame, inter-roll device, two rolls, drive, throw-out mechanism with eccentrics. The inter-roll device is designed as placed between milling rolls of infinite ribbon. The ribbon consists of separate articulated flat segments. Width of the ribbon corresponds to the length of the milling rolls. The ribbon is located on the lower and upper guiding disks and tension disk. The axles of milling rolls are placed articulatedly on bars, the pivot axes of which are located on the frame. The driving of the infinite ribbon is performed through chain transmission from sprockets. One sprocket is rigidly fixed on milling rolls. The second sprocket is installed on the lower guiding disk placed articulatedly on the pivot axis of the bar. The radiuses of upper and lower guiding and tension disks are designed equal to center-to-center distance of joints of flat segments of the infinite ribbon. Each disk has six recesses with the shape of semicircle which are placed uniformly on its generatrix. The rod of the throw-out mechanism with one end is fixed articulatedly on the axle of the milling rolls. The second spring-loaded end of the rod is placed on the slide. Inside the slide the spring and eccentric shaft are located.
EFFECT: decrease of metal consumption of the mill.
