SUBSTANCE: refractory mixture contains: liquid potassium glass with a density of 1300-1350 kg/m3 and a silicate module 3.6-4 and additionally - zircon, with the following ratio of components, wt %: the said liquid glass 38.0-41.0, kaolin 4.0-6.0, steel fibre 5-10 mm long 0.2-0.3, zircon ground before passing through sieve No.008 7.0-9.0, chamotte ground before passing through sieve No.063 - the rest.
EFFECT: increasing the thermal resistance of the coating layer.
