FIELD: heating system.
SUBSTANCE: type of combined fuel consumption in grain drier resides in the fact that the low-reactive solid propellant and the high-reactive liquid propellant get into the furnace chamber, which is in coincidence with the heat-transfer apparatus. The sunflower husk is used as the low-reactive propellant. The high-reactive propellant is delivered at regular intervals with the delivery time:
where G is a mass of the heat-exchange part of the furnace chamber, kg; c is a chamber material heating capacity, kJ/kg °C; α is a heat-transfer coefficient comes up to 42 W/m2 °C; F is a chamber heat-transfer surface, m2; T1 is a furnace gas temperature generated by high-reactive propellant consumption at the inlet in the heat-transfer apparatus, °C; t1, t2 are the maximum and the minimum heating temperatures of the heat-transfer apparatus, °C; and with the pause time:
where t0 is a furnace gas temperature generated by low-reactive propellant consumption at the inlet in the heat-transfer apparatus, °C.
EFFECT: heat transfer improvement.
