SUBSTANCE: device for forming a phase-locked keyed seven-element code Barker signal contains a clock generator, a multi-wired delay line, an adder, as well as a delay line for a duration shorter than the duration of the elementary pulse, a triangular pulse generator, a high-frequency LC generator. The output of the clock generator is connected to the input of the delay line, the output of which is connected to the input of the multi-drop delay line, the third, fifth and sixth outputs of which are connected respectively to the third, fifth and sixth inputs of the adder whose output is connected to the input of the triangular pulse generator connected to the control input, if there is a constant bias voltage on it, a high-frequency LC-generator, whose output is also the output of the device.
EFFECT: increase in frequency in a short time interval, less than the duration of the elementary pulse, preceding the moment of phase change by 180 degrees.
