FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: tube-concrete prestressed beam, containing a shell in the form of a pipe and a reinforced concrete core with reinforcing elements, cross section of the core contains two segments. The first one has concrete filling, and the second one - concrete filling and pre-tensioned reinforcing elements located longitudinally and providing compression stress of concrete core in unstressed beam with peak values, based on the strength of the concrete in extrusion in this segment and the peak tensile stresses, based on the absence of crack formation in concrete in the first segment, when workloads on the beam are aimed from the first segment of the core to the second one. The shell can be made of used oil and gas pipe or can be made non-metallic. The core can consist of fiber-reinforced concrete or other composite material, fully or partly. The shell can have a non-circular cross-section in the transverse extent. The shell can be of variable cross-section in the longitudinal extent.
EFFECT: increased carrying capacity during the operation of the tube-concrete element by bending and reduced concrete core crack formation, increased manufacturability.
