FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: system of the attraction for riding uses a robotic drive system for moving the curved door of the curved guard wall between the first position and the second position along a complex trajectory. In the first position, the door is mated to the wall, and in the second position, the door leaves the opening in the wall. The door and the wall can both include display surfaces that allow displaying images for passengers of a vehicle for riding moving toward the wall and through the opening.
EFFECT: more effective enhancement of immersing the riders into a simulated environment by means of moving the riders through the sections of an entertainment attraction.
