SUBSTANCE: system 10 of a capsule ride includes a capsule 14, wherein the capsule 14 includes a drum 20, possibly including a curvilinear annular wall possibly defining a chamber. The capsule 14 also includes a platform 22, installable inside the chamber and supporting a mount 28 for a passenger. The system 10 additionally includes a drive system 34 configured to drive the capsule 14 into rotation around the central axis 46 of the capsule 14 and drive the capsule 14 into forward and/or backward motion along the track 12.
EFFECT: creation of a ride system suitable for use in an amusement park.
