FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: method of pelleting flax seeds involves preparing a biowater solution at the ratio of 1:60, with humic substances as growth stimulants being used as the solution components, followed by wetting the seeds with simultaneous ultrasonic treatment with a specific radiation power of 6-8 kW/kg, the radiation frequency of 110 KHz and the exposure for 30 min. Thereinafter, the seeds to be treated are exposed to the microwave field with the specific radiation power of 40…45 W/kg, the frequency of 2450 MHz and the treatment time of 15 s, with the temperature change from 20 to 40°C, followed by covering with a pelleting mixture at the ratio of 1:1 (seeds: biohumus). As the pelleting mixture, dry fine-grained biohumus with a humidity of 10-12% and particle sizes of 0.01-0.25 mm is used in a drum-type pelleting machine with a drum speed of 28-30 rpm and a treatment time of 3-4 minutes.

EFFECT: intensifying the seed saturation with a nutrient working solution, disinfecting seeds, activating biochemical growth processes and excluding the adhesion of seeds.
