FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture, namely to plant growing, and may be used for pre-sowing treatment of melilot seeds. Method for pelleting melilot seeds involves preparation of ingredients, formulation of an adhesive agent, dosing, successive application of ingredients forming pellets layers and drying. To form layers of pellets, following ingredients are successively applied, in wt.%: melilot seeds – 5.0, sticking agent + humate – 10.0, deoxidised peat – 20.0, sticking agent – 10.0, rhizobacteria inoculant – 15.0, sticking agent – 10.0, deoxidised peat – 20.0, vermiculite – 10. Invention provides production of pelleted melilot seeds, including both a set of starter cultures for bacterization, and a number of components promoting better development in unfavourable cultivation conditions, such as growth-stimulating and water-retaining components. As a result, after sowing, such seeds form sprouts without significant falls and with high safety.
EFFECT: obtained melilot seeds pellet has advantages when growing for green fodder, as it creates favourable starting conditions for germination and development of sprouts when cultivating on poor, poorly structured soils.
