FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of biofertilisers with use of red Californian worms obtained as a result of the selection of a manure worm of Eisenia foetida genus. The method is that a substrate based on organic agricultural wastes is vermicomposted using earthworms. As a substrate, pre-prepared cattle manure is used, which is watered and held indoors at a temperature of 17-19°C. Wherein watering is carried out with water, alternating with the composition obtained by mixing water from mother boxes with worms and water at the ratio of 1:3. The prepared substrate is impregnated with the same composition, placed in a clamp into which the substrate from the mother boxes containing worms is preliminarily poured, 100 g of fine-grained sand are added, this procedure being repeated once a month. New substrate portions are added into the clamps with worms, and ready vermicompost is removed once a week. The resulting compost is screened, the necessary amount of liquid obtained by watering the clamps is added thereto and stirred until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

EFFECT: increased fertiliser value, increased productivity and reduced vegetation period of plants, with the general restoration of the natural properties of soil of any kind.
