SUBSTANCE: method for production of vermicompost comprises vermicomposting the substrate based on organic agricultural wastes using earthworms Eisenia fetida. Cultivation of earthworms is carried out in the mode of positive temperatures of 8-14°C, and 80% of the substrate based on organic waste consists of livestock and food wastes, and 20% - of lowland peat with a moisture content of 80% and a pH of not less than 4.5-5.0. At that the organic substrate moisture content is 75-80%. The liquid growth stimulator is prepared by mixing vermicompost and water at a ratio of 1:10 (vermicompost:water), followed by the extraction process in acidic medium with a pH of 3.5-5.5 in a water bath at a temperature of 60-80°C.

EFFECT: inventions provide high growth stimulating activity of vermicompost.
