FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: mixer contains a housing with a cover, a drive, two working shafts pivotally connected to two cranks, one of which is fixed to the drive shaft, and the other is hinged on the wall of the housing and fixed with blades on the shafts and cranks. Working shafts and cranks have a special arrangement of geometrical axes of hinges and the shortest distance between them. So, the leading crank has an angle α1 of crossing and the shortest distance ℓ1, driven crank - angle α4=180°-α5 and the distance ℓ4= ℓ5, the first working shaft is the angle α2=180° and the distance ℓ2=2ℓ4, the second working shaft is the angle α3=α1, the distance ℓ3= ℓ1, angle α5>α1 between the shafts of rotation of the cranks, the distance between them ℓ5=ℓ4, the relationship between the parameters of the cranks - ℓ4=ℓ5=sinα1/sinα4. With this design, the agitator provides an intensification of the mixing process by the volume action of the blades and additional inertial force action on the liquid.
EFFECT: considerable increase in the homogeneity of the mixture and an increase in the mixing capacity.
