SUBSTANCE: system comprises the first test operating room included at one end of a radio communication digital line, consisting of a measurement and calculation unit containing an error measurement unit, a personal computer (PC), a control panel and a unit for measuring instantaneous values of a high-frequency signal level, a signal spectrum analyzer, the high-frequency input-output of which is connected to the high-frequency input-output of the antenna, a printer, a transceiver, the high-frequency input-output of which is connected to the high-frequency input-output of the antenna, a navigation receiver, the high-frequency input-output of which is connected to the high-frequency input-output of the antenna; the second test operating room included at the other end of the radio communication digital line consisting of a measurement and calculation unit comprising an error measurement unit, a personal computer (PC), a control panel and a unit for measuring instantaneous values of a high-frequency (HF) signal level, a signal spectrum analyzer, the high-frequency input-output of which is connected to the high-frequency input-output of the antenna, a printer, a transceiver, the high-frequency input-output of which is connected to the high frequency input-output of the antenna, and a navigation receiver, the high-frequency input-output of which is connected to the high-frequency input-output of the antenna, operations on manual collection of statistical data are eliminated and the time necessary for inputting the received data and their subsequent processing is shortened, and the measurement processes are performed automatically by using "virtual instrument" technology in the system based on a special software, using which necessary measuring means and procedures of synchronous control of measuring means operation at spaced test sites are realized.
EFFECT: improving the quality and reliability of the obtained measurement results.
