FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: in the device containing a housing with the central flushing hole, as well as electronic boards and a power source located in the housing holes, in its sealed part separated by the sealing elements. The wire connecting the electronic boards to the nipple part of the housing is fixed with a contact screw on the nipple part of the housing. The housing is formed of the nipple and the coupling part interconnected by a conical helical surface, in the hole of which an electrical insulating material is placed between the threaded surfaces of the mating parts. Insulators are placed on the part of the outer cylindrical surface along the housing length and in the inner channel of the nipple part of the housing. On the outer surface of the coupling part of the housing, in the area of the electronic boards and the power source, a protective sleeve is installed, one end of which is fixed by protrusions and grooves, and the other end - by screws. The coupling and nipple parts are provided with locking threads for connection to the bit and the shaft of the downhole motor, respectively.
EFFECT: increasing the reliability of the design and improving the quality of the transmitted signal by changing the design of the near-bit module.
