FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a part of a complex of logging while drilling (LWD) or measurement while drilling (MWD), namely to equipment designed for the operative control of laying of obliquely-directed and horizontal well sections, navigation of the obliquely-directed drilling, as well as research of geophysical well parameters directly during the drilling process. A device of downhole telemetry of a drilling complex contains a bit, an above-bit module, a facing engine and a control module located along a drilling column and interconnected, wherein the above-bit module contains measuring sensors, orientation sensors and technological parameter sensors, as well as a telemetry device that transmits data received from the specified sensors to the control module, while the control module also contains a telemetry device, and it is connected to a telesystem providing the transmission of received data to the surface. The above-bit module and the control module are made with the possibility of transmitting data between each other by means of a frequency modulation with encoding of logical zero and one by frequencies F1 and F2. Frequencies F1 and F2 are selected in such a way that signal periods T1=1/F1, when transmitting zero, and T2=1/F2, when transmitting one, are multiple of a survey period of an analog-to-digital converter (hereinafter – ADC) – Ta, and the duration of the information bit transmission is directly proportional to periods T1 and T2 and inversely proportional to the survey period of ADC and the greatest common divisor of values T1/Ta and T2/Ta, while the demodulation is performed with the possibility of performing in a real time mode by means of an integer algorithm.
EFFECT: increase in the reliability and data transmission speed, reduction in energy consumption, and increase in the maximum duration of the device operation.
