FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: mould contains a load frame with a formed working cavity, a hydrostatic pressing chamber located between the punch and the load frame, and a perforated tray located under the load frame, bolted to the traverse located above the load chamber. The load frame is made as a one-piece formwork with a punch. The punch consists of closely spaced closed metal profiles joined together by compressed bolts with elastic filtres.
EFFECT: reduced material consumption of the mould, improved quality of the product and reduced labour costs in the manufacture of products and the mould.
