FIELD: manufacture of articles of small architectural shapes of concrete mixtures.
SUBSTANCE: installation includes movable frame provided with oscillation exciter and mounted by means of elastic supports in housing having guiding columns mutually joined in their upper portions through crosspiece supporting vertical motion mechanism, vertically movable traverse bar with flanged overloading plate, shaping member. Under said units concrete form closed along perimeter and resting upon movable frame is arranged. Said concrete form has changeable tray with vertical longitudinal boards. Intermediate plate is arranged between flange of overloading plate and shaping member and it is secured to shaping member by means of bolts. Through coaxial openings are formed in flange and in intermediate plate; opening in intermediate plate is threaded one. Around through openings of flange and intermediate plate there are turnings of the same radius for placing elastic members with central openings coaxial to openings of flange and intermediate plate. Studs are screwed-in through said openings and they are fastened by means of nuts on flange and fixed by means of splints. Elastic members are arranged in pairs along two mutually opposite sides; one pair is arranged along center between flange and intermediate plate, remaining elastic members are spaced by the same distance from central pair.
EFFECT: lowered power and labor consumption in such installation.
