FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: mixing valve comprises a valve body (14) having a first (A-B), a second (A), and a third (B) connection elements. A first flow path from the first connection element (A-B) to the second connection element (A) and a second flow path from the first connection element (A-B) to the third connection element (B). A movable valve element (24) is located in both flow paths inside the valve body (14). By moving the valve member (24), it is possible to vary the ratio between the cross sections of both flow paths. A drive (36) is located on the valve body (14) for moving the valve element (24). The drive (36) has an internal control device (38) for controlling the drive movement (36). The internal control device (38) has a first communication interface (44) for communicating with an external control device (40) which has a corresponding second communication interface (46). At least one internal sensor (48, 50) is located in the valve body (14) or thereon. The sensor (48, 50) is connected to the first communication interface (44) for transmitting the sensor signal to the external control device (40).
EFFECT: simplified intstallation of the mixing device in various heating or cooling units.
