FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the electrical equipment. Cooling system of electrotechnical device cabinet includes primary and secondary circuits with coolant. Primary circuit is closed and includes cells with electronic components, which are equipped with heat exchanger "liquid-air". Heat exchanger is blown by means of recirculation fan installed in lodgment of corresponding cell. At least part of electronic components of cells are installed on surface of coolers in direct contact with surface of coolant carrier, one of planes of which is located in plane of cooler surface. Secondary circuit is connected to an external coolant source and is in thermal contact with the primary circuit by means of a plate-type heat exchanger "liquid-liquid".
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of efficiency of cooling system by improving heat exchange between electronic components and coolant carrier, as well as improving circulation of cooling air inside closed housing of electrical device.
