FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: method of manufacturing a monolithic reinforced concrete cellular floor with the use of permanent formwork for monolithic house building, which comprises a prefabricated profiled flooring and modular elements, consists in the fact that the modular elements are made in the form of caissons, column capitals, beams, girders and bolts of fiberglass concrete of various configurations, on the visible surface of which decorative patterns (reliefs) are applied. Wherein their size and configuration are calculated in advance, taking into account the number and pitch of the columns, the ceiling height and the room destination; then they are installed on a monolithic horizon. In the space formed by vertical ribs of the modular elements, reinforcing cage is laid, and the modular elements are interconnected by means of embedded and surface-mounted parts. Then concrete mixture is laid.

EFFECT: creating a cellular floor in the form of permanent formwork, which is more economical in terms of concrete and steel consumption, while reducing the material consumption of vertical bearing structures and foundations due to reducing the total weight.
