DEVICE FOR SPOOFING RESISTANT CODING AND DECODING INFORMATION WITH EXCESSIVE SYSTEMATIC CODES Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC H03M13/23 G06F11/08

Abstract RU 2634201 C1

FIELD: radio engineering, communication.

SUBSTANCE: information to be transmitted is fed into the coding channel. The process of generating a protected test sequence is performed based on the information sub-stream received in the coding channel, which is subjected to a ciphering procedure on the corresponding keys. Based on the received encrypted sequence, a verification sequence is formed, which in turn is also subjected to the encryption procedure. The generated encrypted test sequence is combined with the information stream of the encoding channel sub-stream and enters the communication channel. On the receiving side, an information and a pencil sequence of the decoding channel is formed from the received code sequence. Next, the encrypted test sequence is generated based on the received information sequence. The received encrypted decoding channel test sequence and the generated encrypted verification sequence on the receiving side form a syndrome sequence, the structure of which corresponds to the presence (non-zero symbols of the syndrome) or to the absence (zero symbols of the syndrome) of intentional (imitating actions of the attacker) or unintentional interference in the communication channel. Based on the structure of the syndrome sequence, there is a detection of intentional (imitating actions of the attacker) or unintentional interference.

EFFECT: providing the possibility of protecting binary information transmitted via communication channels from intentional interference.
