SUBSTANCE: composition for storing garlic bulbs includes paraffin, a plasticiser, a dispersant, and a surfactant. As a plasticiser, a dispersant and a surfactant, sunflower wax is used at the following ratio of components, wt %: sunflower wax 15-20, paraffin - the rest.
EFFECT: increased shelf life of garlic bulbs with minimal weight loss without the deterioration of consumer properties.
