FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: during the pre-transplantation period 1-2 days before a psychotherapeutic interview is conducted, on the basis of which a card questionnaire is formed, into which reliable data about the patient is entered and which includes four thematic blocks with the following types of questions: personal orientation, spatial-situational orientation, orientation in one's own state, orientation in the environment, after which, immediately before the operation on the background of premedication, the second survey of the patient is carried out by means of psychotherapeutic effect and the received information is fixed by multiple repetition. Each correct answer is accompanied by a gentle touch in the definite patient's body point which is always associated with the same response. After surgery, when the patient's consciousness is restored, the individual card questionnaire with a simultaneous tactile impact is resumed and repeated every six hours, regardless of the patient's state, evaluating the number of correct answers each time after completing the survey. If the number of correct answers is 80-100% - the psychotherapeutic effect continues without additional medication correction. If the percentage of correct answers drops to 79-45%, then on the background of continuing psychotherapeutic effect medicinal treatment of hypoactive delirium begins. If the correct answers drop in the range from 44% to 21%, the scheme of medication correction of mixed delirium is added to the psychotherapeutic effect, and if the number of correct answers is equal to or less than 20%, the medicamental relief of hyperactive delirium is performed with ongoing psychotherapeutic every 6 hours.
EFFECT: method allows to correct the medication in time and receive the restoration of the patient's cognitive functions in a short time for further active cooperation in the rehabilitation program due to the conduction of the psychotherapeutic interview and tactile impact.
