FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: presented method for producing a rigid foam polyurethane comprises mixing a hydroxyl-containing polyester with a mixture of tall oil in the amount of 10-60 wp at the rate of 100 wp of hydroxyl-containing polyester with 0.4-2.4 wp of catalyst - triethanolamine and with 0.13-0.78 wp of non-ionic high molecular weight surfactant with the advantage of hydrophobic groups, based on 100 wp of tall oil, followed by the addition of a polyisocyanate, blowing agent, and other target additives.
EFFECT: improving the quality of the target product by reducing the size of the foam cell and sealing it, reducing the cost price.
